CLUB LIFE
Just recently celebrating their one year anniversary, Electric Beach is still going strong and bringing in prime DJs to headline its weekly series. This Saturday, Oct. 13th, welcomes Ben Gold, a rising player in the trance scene, along with NYC based, FancyCats.
At just 25 years old, Ben Gold is a versatile producer who has managed to catch the attention of big name DJs. He has been featured on popular compilations such as Ministry Of Sound's 'Trance Nation Harder,' 'Trance Nation Deeper' and Europe's biggest dance compilation, 'Dream Dance.' Ben's productions have also been consistently featured on leading radio stations like Radio 1 and on leading radio shows, including ASOT by Armin van Buuren, Club Life by Tiesto and TATW by Above and Beyond.
Everyone from Armin, Sander Van Doorn and Paul van Dyk have played Ben's productions. His recent collaboration with Senadee, "Say the Words" was named ASOT tune of the week and Mixmag's tune of the month while "Life" was picked by Armin van Buuren himself as not only Future Favorite on ASOT but also Tune of the Week.
Tiesto’s College Invasion Tour is about to get “trashed” out on the west coast. The legendary Dutch DJ/producer has announced that Australian house music sensation Tommy Trash will be added to his lineup of newly added west coast dates. If you’re an InTheBooth member, you can get a taste of musical freedom, as pre-sale tickets are available right now. Added dates include Oct. 13th in Chicago with Dada Life, Oct. 17th in Fresno, CA with Tommy Trash, Oct. 18th in San Jose, CA with Tommy Trash, and Oct. 19th in San Diego.
Tommy has received tremendous support from Tiesto over the past year, and has been exploding into the EDM scene at a rapid pace. In 2012 alone, aside from touring all across the globe at the most well-known clubs and the biggest festivals, he’s released a number of remixes and original tracks which have helped propel his career like “Future Folk," “Cascade," and his recent remix of Deadmau5’s “The Veldt."
Put down your textbooks and pick up your glowsticks because Tiesto’s Club Life College Invasion Tour just earned some extra credit! The Dutch producer announced today that his openers will be electro-superstars Dada Life and Bingo Players.
Could Tiesto have picked better warm up acts? Swedish electro-house duo Dada Life’s champagne-popping, blowup banana tossing antics never fail to get the audience’s blood pumping. And we can't forget the Bingo Players, the Dutch dance-duo whose 2011 skyrocket to stardom stemmed from their massive hits “Cry Just A Little” and “Rattle.”
Another year, another college invasion tour. Tiesto is at it again with the announcement of his Club Life College Invasion Tour, a much needed followup to last year’s uber-successful college-focused series which brought the dutch DJs music across the country to electro-obsessed students.
This year, we can expect the brilliant producer to step his show up even more with crazier theatrics, bassier sound-systems and his incredibly-rowdy new hits from Club Life 2: Miami.

26,000 people. That's pretty much your whole college right there. Together. In a stadium. Now that's what we call one helluva tail-gating party.
Late last week, Tiesto announced he'd be closing out his famous "Club Life College Invasion Tour" with massive show in Los Angeles' Home Depot Stadium on Saturday, October 8th. It's safe to say that by playing on the same turf as Major League Soccer's Galaxy and Chivas USA, Tiesto's self-showcase will be the largest single headline DJ show in US history. Usually when we think "massive" we think lots of DJs playing on many different stages. Not in this case. Fans will get the chance to hear the artist spin solo, garnering all the energy of the crowd himself, engaging in a dynamic journey from start to finish. Opening for Tiesto's "Club Life College Invasion Tour" is 18-year old prodigy Porter Robinson.
