Manhattan is turning white.
No, it's not Christmas, (although it may feel like winter outdoors). Rather, the White Roof Project is turning the entire city block on East 4th and 3rd Streets at Bowery.... white. So, if you find yourself in Manhattan this Sunday, September 25, you should head down to The Bowery and see for yourself.
