As everyone is gearing up for what will be another season of celebrating fashion, New York City leaders are pulling out all the big guns, and boast that this year will be "one to remember." Simon Cowell's new upcoming talent show The X Factor, which will make its debut in the fall, is stirring up the controversy as reports of newly added judge Cheryl Cole already being given the boot. British pop superstar Cheryl, 27, has previously appeared with Cowell in the U.K. version of the show for three seasons and was ecstatic when it was announced earlier this month that she will be judging for the U.S. installment, alongside Cowell, Paula Abdul, and L.A. Reid. Also, as of recently, it has been announced that only was she out of her new gig, her original position as a judge for the U.K. version is being revoked as well!
Ne-Yo got more than just a little support Sunday, Nov. 21, during his black carpet affair in Avalon Hollywood. The R&B singer and producer was joined by friends at his VEVO and Compound Entertainment sponsored show and after party. The Ne-Yo and Friends Party started off with some Moet and Chandon champagne and ended with some collaborative surprise performances.
Diddy came out to perform It’s All About the Benjamins and Mo Money Mo Problems. Even Jamie Foxx was pressured to join the stage. Ne-Yo’s band started playing She Got Her Own and it was all over for the actor. Ne-Yo also took pictures with fans during a Kelly Rowland performance and Keri Hilson fooled everyone. Acting quite sly and stating she was just there to enjoy, the singer popped out of her seat a moment later with microphone in hand to collaborate Knock You Down.

In typical Lindsay Lohan fashion (of course), singer Kelly Rowland is being accused of stealing clothes from a designer after borrowing looks for a photo shoot.
The former Destiny's Child group member recently restarted her career by venturing into dance music via David Guetta, and co-hosting The Fashion Show on Bravo with Isaac Mizrahi.
Designer Laura Dawson has yet to receive her borrowed apparel, weeks after loaning them to the singer.
The Bravo channel executives should be ashamed of themselves, saying auf wiedersehen to there hit show Project Runway. This replacement called 'The Fashion Show' has no potential for a second season. Although I have yet to watch an entire episode, just the teasers bore me. There are 15 mediocre designers that all seem to be more boring then the last. The premise of the show is each week the designers will have to face off in two challenges – the Harper's Bazaar Mini Challenge and the elimination challenge. In the end, America will choose which contestant will have a clothing line available for retail and win the $125,000 cash prize.
