What is "fashion" here in New York City? Fashion is fueled by the celebrities, socialites, boutiques, runways, events, artists, architecture, street-style and influenced by the top stylists of the world. Derek Warburton is the definition of Global fashion. As a well-known celebrity stylist, founder of "Derek Loves Shopping" ,and a spokesperson for many major brands & companies. Derek Warburton can be found hosting the hottest soirees at the hippest city spots during New York Fashion Week; where Derek recently hosted a charity suite filled with his celebrity clients/friends such as Keri Hilson, Eve, Kat Deluna, Kelly Cutrone, Gabrielle Union, Amanda Hearst, and Isaac Mizrahi (yes, Derek's celebrity roster is quite impressive). When Molly Sims needs to look her best, Derek can be found styling the gorgeous & down-to-earth beauty in Diane Von Furstenberg. Supermodel Jessica White also is a fashionable devotee. Derek keeps company with top fashion industry professionals such as Lauren Ruotolo of Hearst Coporation, Samantha Matteoni of Charlotte Russe (Samantha is also creator of NuttButtbakery) and PR experts such as Lori Lengua and Kelly Brady-Zegers.

There's one DJ that you will always find at the best hip hop parties in the city: DJ SussOne. While I usually head to open format places like Avenue, SL and 1oak when I go out, I decided last Monday that I would venture to Juliet Supperclub for the Keri Hilson album release party. I didn't really recognize her, she was wearing this new bleach blonde Lady Gaga-ish weave. Truthfully, not sure who her stylist is, but Keri should "knock her down." Only Lady Gaga can pull off a wig like that. Keri has looked wayyyy better.

Yes, like most B list celebs who get paid to go to a nightclub, she came late and didn't stay long. (Sounds like a bad boyfriend.) It's kind of insane when you really think about how much these "celebs" are getting paid just to show up somewhere then leave after a half hour. The funniest is when they leave and then go to another club, one that didn't pay them.

Ne-Yo got more than just a little support Sunday, Nov. 21, during his black carpet affair in Avalon Hollywood. The R&B singer and producer was joined by friends at his VEVO and Compound Entertainment sponsored show and after party. The Ne-Yo and Friends Party started off with some Moet and Chandon champagne and ended with some collaborative surprise performances.

Diddy came out to perform It’s All About the Benjamins and Mo Money Mo Problems. Even Jamie Foxx was pressured to join the stage. Ne-Yo’s band started playing She Got Her Own and it was all over for the actor. Ne-Yo also took pictures with fans during a Kelly Rowland performance and Keri Hilson fooled everyone. Acting quite sly and stating she was just there to enjoy, the singer popped out of her seat a moment later with microphone in hand to collaborate Knock You Down.

August 16 at Capitale in Chinatown, T.I. played a secret show for Axe’s “One Night Only” series, according to a press release from Newswire. “One Night Only” shows are secret, exclusive, and only advertised via Axe’s and the artist’s Twitter or Facebook accounts. T.I. performed tracks from his new album King Uncaged, due September 28. His colleagues B.o.B., Keri Hilson, and Swizz Beatz joined him onstage for the surprise set.

When producer Polow da Don asked R & B singer Keri Hilson, “'What producer do you think would get you where you want to be as an artist?” she told him producer Timbaland. Apparently, the young songstress did her homework because she definitely seems to be on her way to eminence- with her first album, In a Perfect World, debuting at the top of the charts this year. The ‘perfect world’ Hilson talks about on her record seems to be within reach.

Everyone has to turn their own swag on, and it feels so marvelous, exactly how he portrayed it in his video. In fact, the song became so popular; Keri Hilson did an underground version. So did Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Young Jeezy. And if they f*cks with Soulja Boy, I f*cks with Soulja Boy.
