Leona Lewis a Vegan Diva?

She’s been called one of the world’s sexiest vegans, but Leona Lewis’ might be too much to handle according to her tour crew.

Lewis’ tour crew are threatening to quit the show over the singer’s “No Meat Near Me” Policy. Leona, who has been a strict vegetarian since the age of 12, has banned all animal products from her “Labyrinth Tour”. She has even restricted her staff from bringing meat from outside.

“There are going to be murders. Leona has demanded that only veggie food be made available for everyone – and members of the crew are threatening to quit. She will not even allow food to be bought off-site then brought in,” a source told London’s The Sun.

Leona Lewis Attacked

British pop star Leona Lewis was attacked Wednesday afternoon while signing autographs for her new memoir, Dreams, in a London bookstore. An eyewitness told the press that her assailant "walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her."

Lewis, who’s now likely in the market for additional bodyguards, was shaken by the incident, though not hospitalized. The suspect, twenty-nine year old Peter Kopwalsczyk, was immediately apprehended and charged with assault. Kopwalsczyk will be arraigned on the 26th of this month, and since the attack was unprovoked, it’s likely that he’ll also be undergoing some psychiatric evaluation as well.

VH1 Divas: Ratings vs. Talent

The latest installment of the VH1 Divas induction ceremony aired yesterday with former American Idol judge, Paula Abdul, hosting the festivities at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Although the original Divas shows was intended to showcase the talents of female performers, it seams that last night’s performance was a crude ploy by the bigwigs at VH1 to squeeze ratings from an audience still riling from the MTV VMA buzz and to resurrect Paula’s spiraling career.
