GLAM DAMN IT
Fashion Week Cutbacks

Have a feeling you might be alone this Valentine’s Day? You’re in luck; there may be a whole new score of male models around town that are down on their luck. Fendi just announced they would not show at Men’s Fashion Week in Milan this January. The Italian fashion house joins Valentino and Marni, who also recently announced they would not present their Fall-Winter ’09 Men’s collections in Milan.

As a result, Men’s fashion week will now last only 4 days. We shudder to think about what these guys night have to sacrifice with less money coming in. Gym memberships? Protein powders? The horror! So please, put this recession to good use and find a beefcake to sponsor this spring. For the hedge funders that are still employed, never fear, most houses will open for commercial appointments
