On September 19, 2011 little Sophia Grace Brownlee posted a video on Youtube that forever changed her world. Donning a pink tutu, and accompanied by her cousin Rosie McClelland, the talented tot sang along to Nicki Minaj's "Superbass" and won over the hearts of millions of viewers world wide. In 2012 the duo won the Teen Choice Award for "Choice Web Star" and can be seen regularly on the Ellen Degeneres show hosting "Tea Time with Sophia and Grace." The girls have been on fire, and at the tender ages of 10 and 7 respectively, they're world is one filled with endless possibilities. With that, it looks like Sophia Grace can now add "film star" to her impressive resume; we have heard that she has been cast as Little Red in Disney’s upcoming adaption of the musical ‘Into the Woods.'
Last Thursday traffic stopped on the streets of the West Village as Barak Obama and our First Lady, Michelle Obama, arrived at Sarah Jessica Parker’s brownstone townhouse for a fundraiser in their honor. SJP and her fashionable counterpart, Anna Wintour, hosted dinner for 50+ guests including a-listers like Meryl Streep, Aretha Franklin, Andy Cohen, Michael Kors, and Olivia Wilde.
The guests wined and dined for $40,000 a plate to show their support for Obama in the next election, as well as show off some fantastic styles. Parker played up her Sex and the City fashion sense in a lace ¾ length cocktail dress and some glitzy accessories including a studded necklace and a large-and-in charge diamond ring. Other guests donned sleek gowns, bright and tight dresses, and suits galore.
Justin Bieber is officially a spokesperson for the new film "BULLY," a documentary on the prevalence and effects of bullying in U.S. schools. Justin joins a host of celebrities supporting the film and its campaign to take action on bullying including: Ellen Degeneres, Meryl Streep, Victoria Justice, Andersoon Cooper and Kelly Ripa.
“My fans are always up for supporting a great cause. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of as an entertainer,” said Bieber. “I hope they see BULLY with their friends and help start the conversation so we can end bullying.” Watch the Biebs' promo for "BULLY."
