MIA MORETTI
Famed steakhouse STK celebrated the opening of their new location at the Grace Building in midtown last night. The event was sponsored by Grey Goose and guests danced the night away VIP style with DJ Mia Moretti in the booth. The restaurant officially opened December 5th with chef Adriano Ricco (of BLT) heading the kitchen of the brand new, swanky 9,000-square-foot restaurant.
The menu will feature identical fare to its sister location in the meatpacking district, including their famous steaks, grilled meats, seafood and sides, beef tartare with black truffle, radish and soy caramel; bonito-crusted bigeye tuna with wasabi potatoes, charred scallions and port glaze. The restaurant also features a 3,000 square foot outdoor space, as well as a takeout kiosk, for the steak lover on-the-go.

Thankfully, the weather held up this Friday evening to enjoy the open roof top on the deck. Mia Moretti provided the music along with two special performances from violinist, Caitlin Moe.
