We usually associate leather with cooler seasons like fall and winter but this summer, it’s proving to be a huge trend with camel toned pieces, and gold attributes. Spotted on all the runways from A.L.C., to Alexander Wang, everyone can feel the leather love for summer 2012. But how to incorporate the look of leather in your wardrobe for the warm weather can be tough so we have a few tips and tricks of the trade to keep you trendy for the season, and still able to transition to the fall again!
Trendabl is the newest form of instagram for the fashion hungry and obsessed. The idea behind the app was to create a community of people that have one thing in common: a love for fashion. Trendabl is the newest app for iPhones and iPads to unite fashionistas in all forms! Take photos, add filters and tag information about the designer or brand, the store, the color, the price, where you found it, and share it with your equally fashion obsessed friends all over the social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
Big bangles are the latest fun accessories hitting the streets for this spring and summer. We saw them on the runways during SS ’12 FW, as designers everywhere decorated their models with big, bold, bulky bangles. From Fendi, to Yves Saint Laurent, to Chanel and Donna Karan, big bangles were a themed accessory. Chanel opted for gold gemmed cuffs, while Donna Karan chose bulky wooden bangles.
As the weather warms, bangles are appearing everywhere. This accessory really makes a bold statement with striking colors and daring patterns. Wear them alone, or pile them up to create a fierce look.

Michael Kors has created another successful collection for fall 2012. The red and black themed line is similar to a person with multiple personalities. One day, you like the laidback look of buffalo check ponchos and wool skirts. The next, you're a downtown girl with dark shades, wearing black and grey from head-to-toe; and the next, you’re an aspen ski bunny in need of another fur hat, coat or boots! In other words, there’s a look that anyone can enjoy in his ’12 collection.
The contemporary adds of black leather, raccoon tail bag accessories, and asymmetric fox fur collars kept the town & country themes connected to their luxurious roots. If this collection had a slogan attached to it, it would have been ‘The Bigger the Better’ or ‘The More the Merrier."
