Nikki Beach’s Miami Music Week lineup just got a serious facelift—in addition to the previously announced Juicy Beach extravaganza, the iconic beach club will play host to Spinnin’ Records’ first ever MMW label showcase “Spinnin’ Sessions.”
The label has already announced massive headliners such as Cedric Gervais and Showtek for the March 20th soiree, with three surprise guests still remaining a mystery. And if you closely examine the imprint’s star-studded roster, you’ll realize that any surprise acts will be well worth a ticket.
When talking about the prolific DJ/producer Robbie Rivera, it is hard to ignore his undeniable ability to amaze crowds in multiple ways. Boasting an uncanny ability to dabble in multiple sound spectrums, from the more big room style of electro house to the more tribal sounds of the underground, Rivera is one of dance music's most experienced talents. Over the years, Robbie has accumulated a release resume that is beyond impressive. Since his career's beginning, Rivera has been featured on many industry leading imprints such as Virgin, Strictly Rhythm, Atlantic, Ministry Of Sound as well as his own successful label Juicy Music. Following the start of Juicy, Rivera expanded his brand into a mega marathon event called Juicy Beach. Year after year, Miam's Nikki Beach becomes swarmed for over 15 hours as Rivera's creation features some of his favorite talents from throughout the world. Amidst a time in which a DJ/producer must truly push the edge to remain relevant, Rivera has relentlessly succeeded in doing so for years. Luckily for our avid Juicy fans out there, Joonbug was able to sit down with Robbie prior to his set at New York City's megaclub Pacha. For those of you who think that old dogs can't learn new tricks, prepare to be surprised. There is still much to be seen and heard from this DJ legend. Find out more in our chat with Robbie below!
Robbie Rivera needs no introduction. With more than 25 years of electronic production and an extensive roster of hits in his arsenal, the Puerto Rican DJ has won the adoration of fans across the globe. Fusing Latin underbellies with old school beats, Rivera has cultivated a uniquely powerful sound that melts hearts and explodes dance floors.
The Miami-based producer is known for his iconic, all-day concert “Juicy Beach” that takes place annually at Nikki Beach. This July, Rivera will take his notorious party to Governors Island with “Juicy New York,” bringing South Beach’s sunshine, wild vibe all the way to the big apple. Rivera will be joined on stage by openers EDX, Manuel De La Mare, Paige, Stefano Noferini and Sultan + Ned Shepard.
This is important. If you find yourself eyeing a couple of hostesses carrying a rather large box to a VIP table, you may want to take your chances and follow their lead. What they may be carrying could very well be the worlds largest Rosé champagne bottle.
The 15 liter Nebuchadnezzer of Armand de Brignac Rosé will get you drunk. Sharing it with twenty friends will get you drunk. A fresh and full bodied wine, “synonymous with summer” claims commercial director, Philippe Bienvenue of Armand de Brignac.

It’s a natural compliment—the proverbial jelly to the fest's peanut butter—and for those whose musical and carnal appetites remain unsatiated, there is a cornucopia of bashes (both musical and decadent) that correspond with the inaugural day of Ultra Fest.

From St. Tropez to Miami, Nikki Beach has established itself as the ultimate beach party. With DJ's from all over the world turning tables for day-long celebrations, there is no doubt this is the hottest place to be during the summer. Now the party franchise is expanding to none other than Sin City. But, Nikki Beach with no beach? If Las Vegas can recreate a gondola trip through Venice's channels, a view of the Eiffel tower and the Roman Empire, a beach doesn't sound too far-fetched. Opening in the Tropicana hotel on The Strip, Nikki Beach Las Vegas will not only feature a full beach with palms, but also recreate the boardwalk and 1930s Art Deco from Miami's South Beach.
