Juliet Supper Club, one of the few reasons I still party in Chelsea, is closed down this week due to a smoking violation. The hotspot has to dish out $19,400 in fines due to it's unruly nicotine addicted patrons and has to present a detailed plan to city officials of how they will combat the problem in the future.
