After Hurricane Sandy put a damper on last year's festivities, the city's got two years of partying to catch up on. Halloween 2013 looks set to be nothing short of epic and with more events planned than perhaps ever before, we're already starting to feel the city's dark side burbling towards the surface. After spotting two Albert Einsteins, a fox that goes gering-ding-dingeringeding and several cats wandering the streets today, we thought we'd give you a sneak peak of what's in store.

New Wave Productions presents an end of summer bash where there going to be turning down the lights, literally. The dancefloor will be lit soley by strobe lights, black lights, fog, and music will be provided by DJ B-MiTCH & DJ BENNY-R0CK. VIP members will also have access to a separate room with white couches and a private area. The event takes place from 7:00pm - 11:00pm and tickets can be ordered online for $15.
