Megan Fox can't seem to catch a break. The former Transformers beauty is the center of attention once again as director Michael Bay brings up the infamous war of the words drama that resulted in her replacement.
A little throwback: remember in 2009 when Megan Fox said this about Bay?
"God, I really wish I could go loose on this one. He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him."
During last night’s MTV Movie Awards, we saw all of our favorite celebrities decked out in their best Award-worthy outfits. We saw everything from ball gowns to mini dresses to even rompers, and we loved them all (for the most part!). Some of the major trends highlighted were lace, animal print, and metallic designs. Here are our top 15 favorite looks from this year’s event...
1. Selena Gomez’s Giambattista Valli-designed look topped our list. The Disney starlet opted for light, summery-toned separates and a clutch designed by Cecilia. She told MTV's red carpet reporter and Project Runway alum Christian Siriano that as soon as she saw the trendy, but age-appropriate look, she was sure it the one!
Wednesday night Maxim magazine celebrated its Hot 100 issue at Eden Club in Hollywood. As you can imagine, it was every man's dream party. Too bad it was dominated by mostly females. (Sorry guys!) The ladies came out in swarms, dressed in varying shiny, short, sexy dresses and sky-high heels. In fact, there was even a sign at the entry that said "No Flat Shoes Allowed." Well, not really, but you get the point. British actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley snagged the coveted #1 spot on Maxim's list, as well as a spot on the best-dressed list.
Rosie looked chic and classy in a white, backless number by Max Mara. While most took the opportunity to wear their skimpiest, Rosie stole the show with her sleek put-together look. She makes a classic-style-loving fashionista proud. Other notable looks included
Move over Megan Fox... there's a new lady on set. Director Michael Bay has confirmed that Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will replace Fox in the upcoming Transformers 3, the latest installment of the franchise. This isn't the first time the model has worked with Bay. He was responsible for the Victoria's Secret "A Thousand Fantasies" ad in 2009. Fox is notorious for putting her foot in her mouth, but this time, she just sends well wishes to the franchise. I'm sure Rosie will be a breath of fresh air for the movie!
Recent reports say that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, underwear model and first time actress, might be the one replacing Ms. Fox after all. On top of dating Jason Statham, Huntington-Whiteley is a Victoria's Secret Model who replaced Kate Moss as the face of Agent Provocateur lingerie in 2009.
Do you think the third "Transformer" movie will be the same without Megan Fox or even better with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley? Let us know!
