"There were times when what was going on in my personal life was so overwhelming that I had to bend over to let those tears fall straight out of my eyes and not my false lashes just as I'm about to go up on that ramp and sing Teenage Dream", she told The Hollywood Reporter.
Katy Perry fans will see a side of the pop superstar's life they may not have expected in her new documentary "Part of Me." The movie, out this summer, will be a personal and in-depth look at the singers Teenage Dreams tour and her life in 2011.
Russel Brand will return for another round of hosting the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. The British funnyman will bring his raunchy comedy back to television, we just hope his recent divorce from Katy Perry will not be the butt of any of his jokes. Brand is reportedly very excited to take the reins of host again, a position he had when he hosted the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2008 and 2009.
Expect to see stars like Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron and Mark Wahlberg at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., and broadcast live on MTV.
Tune in on June 3 to see Brand and all his madness.
Could it be? Husband to 'firework' pop tart, Russell Brand, going astray with a new red-headed lady?
Not a chance! It's just Katy...sheesh...
The newly weds were spotted in Soho together today, enjoying a beautiful afternoon on the town. In recent events, Katy Perry is attempting to return her dyed black hair to its original blonde hue. She's been documenting the transformation via Twitter stating that the ginger tone is only temporary.
Russel Brand has an exciting couple of months headed his way. He opens up about it in the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. Not only is his new movie “Get Him to the Greek” coming out but he will also soon be married to the number one female on Maxim’s Hot 100 list, Katy Perry. Russel also talks about his newfound monogamy and how he had to deal with his problems from the past, including his overactive sex drive, and drugs. The cover picture is just so Russel. We wouldn’t expect anything less!
News just broke that UK comedian Russell Brand, will be hosting the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, yet again, despite the controversial spills at the Jonas Brothers’ virginity and labeling of our former President Bush as a “retarded cowboy”, from last year’s performance. Best known as Sarah Marshall’s freaky love interest in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Brand’s sense of extremely overt humor is one that the American public seems to love.
