THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM
Friday, September 6th
Each and every Friday, house and EDM enthusiasts know to head over to The Estate in the Black Bay. Most often times, The Estate hosts the hottest up and comming DJs who play the sickest tracks. Bottle service is available, as well, at this party that was dubbed "Best Dance Club" by the Boston Nightlife Awards. This Friday, celebrate with DJ Costas as he presents Krill Was Here. $20 to enter, VIP tables available, 21+.

The Made In America Festival will be taking over Philly this Labor Day weekend for its second year! The festival, sponsored by Budweiser and founded by Jay Z, is set to show up with a wide range of artists.
The line up consists of big stars and new acts alike, but when it comes to genre, there is no doubt that you can get them all. Dance your heart out with EDM artist such as Deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner, Calvin Harris, and Nero. You'll be getting your soulfull R&B through Beyonce and Miguel. You can rock out with Nine Inch Nails, Queen of the Stone Age, The Gaslight Anthem, and Phoenix. And of course, there's going to be a good amount of Hip Hop artists: 2 Chainz, A$AP Mob, Public Enemy, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore, and Wiz Khalifa. These are just a couple of the artists that will be showing up. Although Jay Z is not on the line up, don't be surprised if he stops by for a guest appearance.
Well Joonbuggers, it's that time again, Festie time! This time we are preparing for Austin City Limits. This is one of my favorite festivals of the year, not only because Austin is home, but also because it might be one of the most musically diverse. We are seeing some of our electronic, oldies, Texas country and pop favies this year. Here is what we were looking most forward to.

This weekend, one of the better acts of the summer will be rolling through town. In fact, they're playing Providence and Boston, so you should be able to see them twice. Chamberlain is celebrating the release of a new album, their first in nearly a decade. They have, in that timeframe, successfully managed to alter their sound from hard core, to a softer, more melodic sound, and their fans have stayed with them through it all.
The Gaslight Anthem is a more approachable band for younger fans that will be in attendance. The four members of this band hail from New Jersey and made it big in New York City. And judging by their tour schedule (which includes dates all over the United States, Canada, and many stops in Europe, and nearly every music festival in between) this may be the last time one will be able to see them perform in smaller venues. The Gaslight Anthem brings a softer tone than Chamberlain, but there version of indie rock can be loud, heavy, and lots of fun; a great show to bring your significant other.
