Jersey, the black sheep perpetually in New York’s towering, majestic shadow, has its own charms come summertime. Though not as glitzy as the glittering coasts of Long Island, Jersey’s own shoreline offers equally festive alternatives for the adventurous reveler. Located nearby, these Jersey hot spots prove that revelry is a mercurial beast: one that takes myriad forms, and truly flourishes when pursued by imaginative souls. Next time the quandary of experience leaves you pondering for memorable summer haunts, look no further than our dear, oft-forgotten neighbor, New Jersey.
Joonbug: What has been the best part of working on Dancing with the Stars?
Karina Smirnoff: My favorite part of working on the show is to be able to meet amazing celebrities and to choreograph and create amazing dances and stories. I love to how the dances come to life and my favorite is watching celebrities fall in love with their dances and the beautiful art of dance.
JB: Who has been your most compatible dance partner on the show?
KS: I've been on the show since season 3. So I have had a slew of partners who I had a lot in common with and some who were quite different from me. But no matter who my partner has been, we have had the same goal and we're in it as a team. I won with JR, who is absolutely amazing. And I think we were extremely compatible, but I really enjoyed dancing, meeting and becoming best friends with Ralph Macchio. He's like my big brother I never had and his family is my extended family for sure!
JB: What has been your greatest accomplishment as a dancer?
Ouch!
MTV's Jersey Shore may be raking in the dough for themselves, as well as the network, to showcase their "Guido" lifestyles of GTL & fist-pumping, but seems like not everyone is a fan.
Preppy clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch has always been accustomed to attracting customers through their cute ensemble pieces and good-looking (semi-naked) models on their ads. However, they are not happy with the unofficial attention being given by Jersey's favorite partygoers. More specifically, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. Perchance this is a nicer way for the company to tell 29-year-old Sitch to ditch the duds since he's not exactly in their target age demographic? Just sayin'.

Snooki, The Situation, DJ Pauly D, JWOWW and the rest of the cast will be heading to Italy for the season 4 of MTV's show. That's what the network announced on Tuesday.
"While the stateside Jersey Shore locales have become iconic for our audience ... Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us. The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can't wait to see what erupts as a result."
The cast might even stop by Vinny Guadagnino's house (one of the main character) to pay a visit to his relatives and enjoy a Guadagnino style dinner!
The season is set to begin production in the spring over the Atlantic and will air later this year.
Ne-Yo got more than just a little support Sunday, Nov. 21, during his black carpet affair in Avalon Hollywood. The R&B singer and producer was joined by friends at his VEVO and Compound Entertainment sponsored show and after party. The Ne-Yo and Friends Party started off with some Moet and Chandon champagne and ended with some collaborative surprise performances.
Diddy came out to perform It’s All About the Benjamins and Mo Money Mo Problems. Even Jamie Foxx was pressured to join the stage. Ne-Yo’s band started playing She Got Her Own and it was all over for the actor. Ne-Yo also took pictures with fans during a Kelly Rowland performance and Keri Hilson fooled everyone. Acting quite sly and stating she was just there to enjoy, the singer popped out of her seat a moment later with microphone in hand to collaborate Knock You Down.
How can the Jersey Shore ever be successful without Snooki, The Situation and Pauly D? It can’t. Good luck Canada. This neutral country, that obviously can’t decide anything for themselves, has created their own version of The Jersey Shore. “The Lake Shore,” is what they are calling this mess.
Tommy Hollywood and Downtown D are just two of the eight housemates for this season. These young Italian Americans (yes, Americans will be starring in this Canadian show) do nothing more than party and have sex.
Jersey Shore's Mike Sorrentino is releasing his first book, Here's the Situation, next week. Please everyone lets hear some excitement! The educational guide book will include all the key factors in successfully creeping on chicks, avoiding grenades and properly performing GTL.
The Situation has also made sure to include some of the guido essentials - a list of sex tips, a detailed ab maintenance sector and a one-night stand checklist.
Sorry, but can there really be people out there that look up to this guy and see this stuff as wisdom? No way. This book has got to be strictly categorized as a joke!

Was it any more obvious that Mike "The Situation" knew he was going home last night? Right before announcing the next kicked off celebrity wannabe on Dancing with the Stars 'The Situation' started saying goodbye with his pecks.
If only the competition was on how well you can move your pecks instead of dancing.
