TSUMORI CHISATO

FIRST COURSE
Cherry Blossoms & Macarons

Louis Ernest Ladurée first opened the doors to his bakery, Ladurée, in 1862 but it wasn’t until the 1900s that his second cousin, Pierre Desfontaines, dreamed up their famous macaron, made with a ganache filling sandwiched between two almond cookies. Now the famed Parisian maison du macaron is celebrating their 150th year of making delectable pastries in style by releasing special limited-edition boxes of their world famous macarons.
